Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kishmish Bespoke.

Our outfits and accessories are expertly crafted with the utmost love and attention to dress you to the nines.

All embellished clothing is accompanied by care instructions .We have done all in our power to ensure that the colours and features of our items that show on the site are represented as accurately as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that the colour representation on your monitor, smartphone, or iPad will be 100% true since computer displays differ.

We do not provide returns on any items once they have been sold since all of our clothing and accessories are Made-to-Measure/Order.However, if a bespoke order (not from the sale section) has a real quality issue, we may, in our sole discretion, allow the returned item to be replaced for store credit providing it complies with our terms and conditions.

We only accept returns in the following circumstances:
All tags must be present and the item must be unworn. It’s possible that dirty or damaged returns won’t be accepted and will instead be sent back to the client.
Belts and any packaging, including authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, should be returned with your item when available.
When goods arrive damaged, they are deemed defective. Items that suffer damage from regular wear and tear are not regarded as defective.
Wherever feasible, we’ll offer to fix broken things.
All bespoke orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be given a purchase credit for the same amount when we receive your return and confirm the fault or damage.

All you have to do is send us emails on both:  ( kishmishstudios@gmail.com ) | ( info@kishmishstudio.com )  with the following information to let us know about the defect or damage within 2 working days after receiving the merchandise:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Contact information
  • Photos showing the product’s flaws and damage.

Unknown returns could be sent back to the sender.

Once the email is sent to us and is duly acknowledged by our Customer Care , you may dispatch the product back to our address mentioned on your invoice within 5 working days of the receipt of the product and share the courier service details and tracking number with us. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the product during transit from your end.

Please be aware that the purchase credit that was given to you can be used to buy another similar goods. From the date of issuance, the purchase credit will be good for up to three months. The new item will be returned to you free of charge as a token of our appreciation for your patience and confidence.

Please be aware that all Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
